As a Clear Compare Insurance Advisor, you’ll have the potential to earn more through a combination of base compensation and commission by:
- Actively pursuing warm customer leads via Clear Compare’s online comparison website, email and telephone.
- Consistently achieving monthly sales quota and business quality targets.
- Conducting sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business.
- Building lasting customer relationships by looking after their best interests with expert, unbiased advice without any sales pressure.
The value you bring
You are a Life and/or Travel (A&S) licensed insurance broker who is:
- A self-starter passionate about customer sales and service.
- Sales-focused and looking for an opportunity to grow in the Insurance space.
- Positive with strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance options clearly.
- Professional with a keen attention to detail and customer service.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Has prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
- Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships.
