Position: Billing Specialist
Location: Downtown Montreal (Onsite)
Salary: $70,000 (Based on experience)
Benefits: 4 weeks of vacation, 10 personal days, group insurance cell phone + gym allowance, education paid

Main Requirements:
- At least 2 years within a billing or accounting role
- Fluently bilingual for correspondence outside of Quebec
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Main Responsibilities:
- Process report modifications according to Partner instructions
- Review invoice descriptions for grammar and coherence before creation
- Obtain partner signatures and finalize invoices promptly
- Send invoices to clients via email, mail, or E-billing platforms based on client preferences
- Respond promptly to internal and client requests, assessing and gathering necessary information
- Review and maintain budgets in Excel, ensuring adherence and communicating budget updates to Partners as needed
- Gather necessary information for billing new clients, reviewing and maintaining the client billing manual for accurate billing instructions
- Conduct monthly review of Accounts Receivable, discussing required actions internally and ensuring follow-up
