They are hiring for an experienced and talented Legal Assistant to join their Capital Markets & Securities team on a full-time permanent basis.Company Perks and RewardsCompetitive SalaryBonusRRSP matchingHybrid work modelComprehensive benefitsWellness spending allowanceTuition reimbursement.Vacation + Personal DaysFantastic growth opportunitiesThe JobAs a Legal Assistant, you will support lawyers and clients by producing and reviewing documents, photocopying, and maintaining files, as well as other administrative tasks.You will also:Perform calendar management duties for lawyers.Coordinate meetings, including room booking and ordering catering.Booking travel arrangements.Conduct conflict checks.Prepare presentations for lawyers.Respond to external phone, mail, or email inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person.Maintain client information in the firm’s database.Track lawyers’ hours in the system.Produce billing and credit reports.What you bring to the job:A bachelor’s degree or diploma in law.At least 3 years experience as a legal assistant or law clerk.At least 2 years experience supporting lawyers in a corporate or securities practice.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Excellent professional communication skills, written and verbal.The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Ariella Permaul.I really look forward to hearing from you, but please understand that I will only be contacting those that are applicable for the role!Options Consulting Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all individuals.
