Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Litigation LAA to join a dynamic mid-size law firm in Vancouver. If you have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, this is your chance to advance your legal career with a reputable and forward-thinking firm. Responsibilities: Manage and draft legal documents, filing systems, and clerical administrative practices. Schedule mediations, discoveries, trials, and client meetings. Draft and transcribe legal documents and general correspondence. File management, including organizing and updating documents, maintaining binders, and filing. Maintain an active BF system. Handle open and closed files as required. Prepare and follow up on monthly and quarterly billing statements. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of previous LAA experience in litigation Completed LAA certificate or relevant experience Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced and high pressured environment High attention to detail
