About the Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist opportunity:Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and its amenities to prospective residentsProcess rental applications and lease agreementsRespond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that resident service requests are addressed promptlyMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and leasing activityPlan and execute resident events and activities to foster a sense of community, as neededContinuous engagement with residents throughout the duration of their tenancy - fostering tenant retention and a sense of communityOther duties as assignedWhat you need to succeed:3-5 years of prior experience in hospitality, property management or a related fieldExcellent customer service, sales and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to providing an exceptional resident experience What’s in it for you?
