Job Description

Selling Points of Position:

Key Accountabilities – Customer:

• Provide support to design, develop, and deliver identified HR solutions to enable businesses to achieve their goals and objectives.
• Support Sr. Manager in gathering feedback from project stakeholders, participants/end users, partnering with managers and team members as applicable.
• Support ongoing relationship with partners selected to administer plans and programs on behalf of the L&D BBHub Pod.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to develop and deliver integrated solutions.
• Interact with internal partners, organize meetings/events, or facilitate learning sessions/ presentations for dissemination of information.
• Be the owner in ensuring all reviews/approvals are distributed accordingly (RACI), in a timely manner (timeline dependencies), with clear communication.

Shareholder:

• Support the development, implementation and evaluation of training materials, reports, presentations, and procedures for new learning deliverables /or processes.
• Monitor service, productivity efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process / performance improvements where opportunities exist.
• Keep others informed and up to date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.
• Independently conduct meaningful data analysis using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations and assess the effectiveness of programs/ practices.
• Work with project partners, SMEs and identified stakeholders to:
o Be the conduit for partners to turn to when direction/guidance is required.
o Ensure a smooth transfer of information from origin to destination.
o Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.

Must Have:

• Learning Specialist experience
• Strong Excel background
• Microsoft office suite experience
• Design experience
• L&D experience
• Strong administrative experience

Nice To Have:

• Program management experience
• Project management experience
• Scrum or Agile experience
