Work cross-functionally to create technical customer-focused eLearning and instructor-led courses and drive the process and language standardization for our team. Youll share your customer education knowledge and experience to improve learning design and development practices. This is your opportunity to make a difference, empower our customers, and help them make more objective decisions about people and careers.This role is based in customer education and we invite candidates who are strong Technical Writers, eager to develop their customer education skills to apply.We are ideally looking for this role to be based at our head office in Vancouver. We work a hybrid schedule, Tues - Thurs in office with Mon & Fri flexible (in office or WFH). Candidates based remotely in Canada will also be considered.What Youll Be DoingWork with key stakeholders to build and maintain eLearning experiences for our customers, partners, and employeesReview and provide feedback on instructor-ed experiencesSolicit feedback from stakeholders and SMEsReview others content for clarity and provide feedbackUpdate and maintain content at frequent intervalsDefine and write engaging and effective assessmentsAnalyze and understand data to suggest improvements to the customer learning experienceDefine project schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyLeverage effective time management practices, such as time tracking and project plansCollaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement within our technology, tools, processes, and our productsSupport key business initiatives as requiredWhat Youll Bring to the Table3+ years experience creating technical courses (bonus if this is on a customer-facing team)Experience developing eLearning and instructor-led trainingExperience with databases and/or data analysisStrong technical acumenUnderstanding of how to apply learning science and development best practices to customer education idealA growth mindset with a fail-fast mentalityStrategic and critical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision makingProficiency with various authoring toolsNatural communication skills with the ability to engage with varying groupsDomain expertise in Business Analytics, or Workforce Analytics preferredMost importantly, you share our values...You roll up your sleevesYou make it easyYou are proudYou never stop learningYou play to winThe base pay range for this position in the Canada is 90k - 103k / year + bonusThe compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
