We have an exciting opportunity to join our Group Leadership Development Team as we currently have a vacancy for a Performance and Learning Specialist.

Reporting into the Group Head of Leadership Development you will be joining a creative and passionate team with a culture of learning and professional development who work with our people leaders globally to enable growth and cultivate opportunities for personal and professional development.

In this role you will be responsible for promoting the learning culture and initially develop the approach to Performance Management whilst initiating and maintaining the performance management module of the new people HRIS.

You will be responsible for providing end to end learning specialist support by partnering with our businesses and working with internal and external subject matter experts to design and implement training programmes.

In this role you will ensure the system deploys learning content to the right audience and you will undertake impact assessments, evaluations, reporting and generate insight to be used to improve the performance and learning approach.

You will also be comfortable taking the lead and delivering some training and facilitation of virtual and in-person programmes as required.

You will be a self-driven individual with a passion for people technology and solid experience in a similar role with a strong record of project management. You will have a strong background in L&D and demonstrate a record of working as a performance and learning specialist in a similar size business.

You will be an exceptional communicator, written and verbal, across all levels of the business and be able to multitask in deadline driven tasks in this challenging new role. Using your previous experience you will be able to scope, build and implement a learning management system and maintain the system integrity once in place.

You will outcome focused and it is essential that you have excellent people and relationship building skills along with familiarity of HRIS.

Attention to detail is essential as is the ability to work on your own initiative. This is a full-time permanent role and will require some travel within Ireland and overseas and will be based in Group Head Office with the option of hybrid working.
