The Learning and Development Coordinator supports the overall LMS experience for Navacord Academy through onboarding and reporting. The role also assists in Sales & Leadership event coordination and program support to ensure the seamless execution of Navacord’s learning initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Support Navacord Academy broker onboarding, reporting, and customer experience. Provide ongoing reporting and technical support for the LMS. Collaborate with new acquisitions to facilitate their onboarding to the system. Work closely with business leaders to support their usage of the LMS. Assist in the planning and execution of in-person meetings and events for sales and leadership teams. Source and secure venues/facilities for events. Manage hotel contracts and liaise with hotels as necessary. Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships. Manage program calendars and provide in-person event support. Assist in marketing and executing programs through calendaring and creating/updating of program templates. Prepare stakeholder communications and review/update presentation documents. Undertake other duties as assigned to support program success. All other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Proficient writing skills for effective communication Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Excellent time management and organizational abilities Project or event management experience is an asset Ability to work remotely with occasional in-office and travel requirements (~10%) At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role coordinating events Navacord is actively committed to support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
