We are looking for a Lead Scrum Master who will coordinate the application lifecycle, manage enhancements, facilitate project planning, and ensure seamless cross-team coordination. As the Lead Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in driving projects forward, removing blockers, and ensuring clear communication of project progress and risks. Your adaptability will be crucial as you navigate between agile and traditional project management methodologies to best suit the needs of the organization.

The salary range for this position inBritish Columbia is $90,000 to $125,000. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
