A career as a Lead Developer for the Wealth Management sector consists of joining the multidisciplinary BAO team and acting as an expert by contributing to the development of applications related to account openings and the management of National Banks clients investment profiles. As a member of the team, you will actively participate in the Banks digital transformation and play a key role in improving processes and technologies.Your jobProduce technological solutions that meet business needs and are aligned with architecture orientationsInfluencing Architecture Decisions and Directions to Automate Development ProcessesCollaborate with technical teams (solution and data architects, functional analysts, developers, etc.) and be able to challenge proposalsAct as a reference expert for the technological aspects of the productDiagnose problematic situations and intervene in the resolution of complex problemsActively contribute to deliveries with development teamsYour teamAs a lead developer, you are part of a team consisting of 4 developers and an analyst. You will work in collaboration with the business lines of the wealth management sector (National Bank Financial) and the financial market sector (National Bank Direct Brokerage).Our training programs, focused on learning by doing, allow you to hone your craft.
