Infosys is seeking a Pega Lead Business Analyst. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. Required Qualifications :Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 9 years of Information Technology experience.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred Qualification :More than 9 years of experience in BPM Products and around 5 Years of experience as PEGA Lead Business AnalystLead Business analyst experience within an SME or large companyShould have worked as BA on multiple implementations.Should have experience to draw PEGA business process based on Use case and be able to identify gaps and close the gaps in Use Case Should be aware/possess quick understanding skills of OOB functionalities offered by PEGAShould have experience with providing Integration Design Specifications for medium/complex integration requirements.very strong analytical and communication skills with PEGA knowledgeMinimum of 7 years of Insurance Consulting or Business Analysis experience with extensive hands on experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Creating process models/workflows, process gap analysis, domain data model definition, product evaluation/implementation, business requirement definition, use case definition, testing strategy and test planningConversant with business process modeling tools like rational software modeller, doors, requirement analysis tools like rational requisite pro, wire framing tools like balsamic, business software simulation like iRise and familiarity with testing tools like Quality Center/ALMStrong domain knowledge on Insurance industryExperience of working in Consulting or Application development or Package implementation projects being a part of a diverse global/multilocational teamShould be able to translate the functional requirements into PEGA business processesShould have done gap fitment analysis on requirements.Should have attended workshop on-site with functional users and architects.Strong oral, written communication skills and problem-solving skillsThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
