Looking for a talented carpenter that is very good at framing, has leadership skills or experience, can do various types of exterior & roofing, can do concrete. (place, pour, & finish)The ideal candidate will have:- Their own reliable vehilcle-A clean living lifestyle-Proficient in reading Blue prints-Attention to detail-Keeps/ manages a clean work environment-The ability to work underpressure-Time management skills-Have the knowledge to conduct safety meetings, direct crew members, do material take offs.-Have the ability to figure out something new whether it be a procedure, skill, product, tool, or material. -Have a good attitude, ability to take direction and has good communication skills.-Has 6 years in the field of which has at least 4 years framing and 1 year of being in a mangement role.
