(place, pour, & finish) The ideal candidate will have: - Their own reliable vehilcle -A clean living lifestyle -Proficient in reading Blue prints -Attention to detail -Keeps/ manages a clean work environment -The ability to work underpressure -Time management skills -Have the knowledge to conduct safety meetings, direct crew members, do material take offs. -Have the ability to figure out something new whether it be a procedure, skill, product, tool, or material. -Have a good attitude, ability to take direction and has good communication skills. -Has 6 years in the field of which has at least 4 years framing and 1 year of being in a mangement role.
