As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks, such as framing, finish carpentry, and utilizing power tools and hand tools. You will collaborate with the team to ensure the successful execution of landscaping projects, providing your expertise and guidance to achieve excellent results.QualificationsCarpentry skills, including construct and install decks, fences, pergolas and other outdoor structures according to specifications and blueprintsMinimum of 5-years experienceProficiency in working with power tools and hand toolsExperience in overseeing and leading a teamKnowledge of construction techniques and best practicesAbility to read and interpret architectural drawingsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workValid driver's license is requiredExperience in landscaping or related field is a plus
