Your role
CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Lead Analyst (Regional Manager), Real Estate Transactions, Transmission to negotiate and manage business activities on owned and leased transmission assets (towers and related facilities) in the Western and Northern region. Based in Toronto, and reporting to the Senior Manager, Asset and Lease Management, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the Corporation and its landlords and tenants (licensees/licensors). This is an opportunity to manage site sharing and lease-management in the Western and Northern region and identify new revenue sources and cost-saving methods.

You are analytical, self-motivated and driven, with interest in vertical real estate assets. You may be in broadcasting, telecommunication or real estate and you have extensive contract negotiation and management experience. You are looking for a role where you will encounter a new challenge every day, working with a diverse range of clients from traditional broadcasters to a variety of telecommunication service providers, as well as private and public landowners and operators. You are seeking an opportunity to step into the public sector where you can grow your career overseeing an extensive portfolio of files.
