Position: Lawn Care Technician (Starting Part-Time, Quickly Transitioning to Full-Time)

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lawn Care Technician to join our dynamic team. You will work directly alongside the owner, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and becoming an essential part of our family. Starting as part-time, this position is expected to transition quickly to full-time, with opportunities for winter work for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Mowing, edging, and weed whacking Sod installations and small landscape maintenance projects Spring clean-ups and leaf removal Assisting with snow removal during winter months Performing other related tasks as needed Qualifications:

Clean driver's abstract (required) Full G license Reliable transportation to our shop in Mt. Hope Availability at least 2-3 days a week, with the willingness to transition to full-time No prior experience necessary, but beneficial Hardworking and positive attitude Willingness to work in all weather conditions Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Typical Work Week: Once transitioned to full-time, a typical work week consists of four ten-hour days, with Fridays reserved for rain days and special projects. During busy seasons like spring, overtime may be required to meet client demands.
