Must Haves: Non-negotiable team-first attitude Strong service mindset and client-centric approach Strong business presence, including excellent work ethic, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to precision Excellent time management skills, including the ability to seamlessly manage multiple clients and projects Fluency in English, both written and spoken Nice to Haves: 2 years’ experience surveying in the Lower Mainland Knowledge of TDS Survey Pro data collection software and Leica total stations Experience using MicroSurvey CAD program Responsibilities: Protect and strengthen brand through nurturing strong client relationships Quote, schedule, and manage project timelines and budgets Define project tasks for staff Oversee preparation of survey plans and procedures for conducting land surveys Ensure timely and accurate invoicing Provide leadership, direction, and support to project team Oversee quality assurance and quality control of end results Complete project evaluations and assessment of results
