Job Description

Reporting to: Service Delivery Director Location: Calgary or Remote Employment Type: Contract or Employment   The Talent Management Lead is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent for work with contingent labour clients and for the KZenEdge service solution teams. This role involves full cycle recruiting to ensure KZenEdge continues to grow and maintain its network of validated resources.
        • Defining the opportunity/creating job posting
        • Sourcing candidates through various channels
        • Conducting interviews/assessments
        • Transitioning to operations for the engagement/hiring process
        • Tracking and reporting on all opportunities from beginning to end
        • Providing ongoing CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) to maintain their connection to KZenEdge after successful screening
        • Providing management with ongoing progress against KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
        • Utilizing a resource database and other tools to fulfill the TM function for the organization
        • Provide supervision to shared TM coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
        • Talent Acquisition: Continuously improve existing recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent in alignment with our organization’s business focus.
        • Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions for career websites, our website, and social media.
        • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various souring methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and staff referrals to find potential candidates.
        • Screening and Interviewing: Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
        • Relationship Management:
                • Work closely with KZenEdge leadership to understand and fulfill their hiring needs and prioritize accordingly.
                • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
                • Provide task assignments to shared TM coordinator.
        • Employer Branding: Promote KZenEdge’s reputation as a great place to work with an expanding resource pool.
        • Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with KZenEdge’s policies, client contracts and legal regulations.
        • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate data and recruitment records together with the Talent Management Coordinator.
        • Reporting: With support from the Talent Management Coordinator, provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, progress and outcomes to KZenEdge Leadership.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Energy, Construction, Utility industries.
        • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar, or applicable experience
        • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
        • Ability to analyze job requirements and match them with suitable candidates.
        • Attention to detail; ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in day-to-day work.
        • Ability to handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
        • Strong organizational and time management skills.
        • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
        • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
