Backed by venture capital and private investment, Medovate has access to qualified deal flow from its partner NHS innovation organisation.By providing funding and technical expertise at a crucial point in development, Medovate will ensure that novel medical technologies with high potential growth are accelerated through the clinical trial and regulatory approval phases so that they can reach the market as quickly as possible to benefit patients and healthcare delivery.To support these efforts Medovate is now looking to appoint Project Support Administrator to work with the Project Managers as Medovate enters its next exciting phase of growth.”Kickstart Project Support Administrator – Responsibilities:Support the Project Managers who are developing novel medical technologies from concept to market, including. Attending meetings, performing both practical and administrative duties assigned by the Project Manager. Observing existing strategies and techniques but also offering suggestions for product improvement. Occasionally the individual will be asked to assist in other departments, which will provide a broader understanding of the MedTech industry. The individual will be required to observe health and safety guidelines as well as assist in fostering a professional and compassionate culture.Kickstart Project Support Administrator – Skills which will be developed:Working closely with Project Managers, the individual will be given tasks to complete best to their ability, learning regulatory and safety standards. The individual will be given tasks to complete on a regular basis as well as ad hoc tasks. If the individual does not know something or is unsure it is essential that they are confident to ask for guidance. All the tasks carry a high level of confidentiality and adherence to regulations and quality procedures which are audited and are central to the success of the products and the company. They will increase their ability to work under limited supervision, manage multiple tasks and prioritise assignments within established time constraints.Kickstart Project Support Administrator – Essential Skills:Good interpersonal skills are key to this role.  Flexibility and willingness to learn, understand and do. Basic IT skills and proficiency in document formatting e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc.Kickstart Project Support Administrator – DesiredExperience:Technology and/or Design experience preferable.An individual with an interest in MedTech engineering or healthcare industry would fit in.An attitude to learn and be involved will go a long way.
