Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Sales Manager to join our client’s team in the Toronto area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting both existing and new business accounts within the food manufacturing industry, with a specific focus on key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing our products and services.
- KPI Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
