We market a wide range of licensed products such as Disney, Lucasfilm, Emoji, NHL, Mattel, Marvel, MGA, Nickelodeon, Universal, Lotus Biscoff and Terrys Orange.Founded 60 years ago, and with over 400 employees, sales offices, and Distribution Centers across Canada, we invite you to be part of our expansion by joining us as a Key Account Manager.SKILLS REQUIRED:Diploma in sales, business administration or similar relevant field with 2+ years experience in CPG industry, confection division an assetProficient computer skills with MS Office Excel, Power Point, etc. is requiredExcellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environmentWorks well in a team environmentOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, must be well organizedExcellent public relations, and presentation skillsSolid analytical, technical, and problem-solving skillsGood accounting and business math skillsWHAT WILL YOU DO?Focus on strong category management and respond in a timely manner to all opportunities to present new and existing product lines to customersCalling on Major Head Offices in TorontoPrepare and execute business reviews for accounts that include mid- and long-term goals for brand building including presentation of key account business reviews.Effectively able to forecast customers period sales and outline key drivers/opportunities for profit.Ability to draft, execute and track customer business plans through detailed building blocks.Management of Approved Product List, including additions & deletions, promotions, and EDI price file maintenance.Follow-thru on key account plans & objectives with reaching budgeted net sales and cost objectives. Oversee budget analyses and reporting. Measure progress toward established goals and communicate results to appropriate personnel.Interact closely with marketing, sales, finance, and all other internal colleaguesProvides industry, economic, and competitive information to assist in developing sales and marketing programs, merchandising decisions, distribution strategies, and training processes. Prospect for new business opportunities to expand market share.Ensures that sales and marketing plans, goals, and policies are consistent with established Company-wide goals.Maintains excellent customer relations.
