Your new companyOur client is a leading private label supplier of hand-protection to more than 50 countries in the world, specialized in the widest possible range of Hybrid gloves with unparalleled versatility in liner, coating and impact protection combinations.Your new roleResponsible for all activities including but not limited to key account management ensuring delivery of business results in line with or above budget. This will be achieved from an assigned portfolio accounts/customers, identification and development of new accounts/customers in order to drive sales and profitability growth in line with sales strategy and budgets.The KAM oversees a portfolio of accounts and develops new accounts as directed by DOS.The KAM is responsible for increasing Top Line Sales and Company Profitability by managing all product lines within assigned accounts. This will be accomplished by servicing all account needs including quoting prices, introducing new products, liaising between factory and customers on non-routine and major issues.Ongoing Customer Relationship Management by conducting quarterly business review meetings, determining, and initiating new products at customer request, identifying new opportunities within accounts for existing and new product and provide product training for customers and end users as neededBring new ideas and suggestions for Sales processes and R&D development by keeping abreast of trends in PPE industry, competitors, customer & market needs.Participating in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.What you will need to succeedAble to understand technical aspects of products in order to introduce new ideas and products to customers and to ensure their current and future requirements are met.Working Knowledge of BI - SAPKnowledge of PPE industry (technical gloves)Gloves standards & regulationsLocal PPE market, trends customersWhat you will get in returnCompetitive salaryFlexible working environmentOpportunity to grow in the large & global organizationFantastic benefits package & more
