They lead complex projects, define new program requirements, manage end-to-end sales processes, and maintain customer relationships.Main Responsibilities:Understand and influence the customers business model and objectives to ensure their success.Build strong customer relationships using critical thinking to offer the best solutions for both parties.Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business prospects.Grow current accounts and manage new key accounts.Manage product development projects from customer briefing to final approval, deployment, and order acceptance.Oversee end-to-end sales activities, including inventory management and customer sales reports.Resolve complex order, quality, or deployment issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Develop, present and negotiate global price proposals and contracts.Ensure performance metrics (ex. profitability, revenue, etc.), risk and use of company resources are considered as part of the client strategy.Record business development activities in the CRM and ensure all key contact information is up to date.Participate in store audits, lead customer meetings and quarterly business reviews, maintaining up-to-date account plans and strategies.Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting the company’s savoirfaire.Act as an industry expert, educating clients on new products, trends and Accent’s unique value proposition.Lead improvements to current processes and tools to increase efficiency and client service.Work collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.In conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Manager, set individual goals for the Sales.Product Specialist(s). Work closely with the team to ensure goals are achieved, strategies are executed and KPIs are met.Supervise and mentor Sales & Product Specialists, answering questions, assisting in problem solving and providing guidance for issues requiring escalation.Provide ongoing coaching and training to the team to ensure the development of their skills.In conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Human Resources, responsible for all personnel matters relating to their team such as hiring, onboarding, performance management, promotions, etc.Perform other related tasks and participate in special projects, as needed.Skills and qualifications :A minimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management in the packaging, labelling or apparel industries.A bachelor’s degree in fashion, business administration or another related field.Must have a strong appreciation for design and a keen eye for detail, quality, colour, etc.Strong communication skills in English and spoken ability in French, to service the entire Canadian market.Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook. Good knowledge of ERP and CRM software is a strong asset.Ability to conceive and deliver convincing presentations to high-level decision-makers. Adept at developing strong, long-term partnerships with clients by demonstrating expertise and credibility.Ability to fully understand clients needs and use critical thinking to offer creative solutions that are beneficial both to the client and the company.Excellent project management skills and ability to lead several projects at once within tight deadlines.Strong data analytics skills set to drive decision-making; comfortable with quantitative analysis and storytelling using data.Must be flexible, have strong leadership skills and able to drive growth in an entrepreneurial environment.To stay informed, subscribeto our newsletter
