We are looking for a results-oriented and customer focused Key Acount Manager for Edmonton.This is an individual contributor role.YOUR CHALLENGE Responsible for handling Key Accounts, customers who purchase over $50,000, and growing share of wallet and providing a high service level to the designated customers. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a solid and trusting relationship with assigned Key Accounts; Mine untapped opportunities, uncover customer pain points, and generate organic revenue growth; Manage accounts to ensure SPI provides the highest level of service required; Work with the SPI team to ensure any issues for these customers are resolved; Manage communications between key accounts and internal support teams; THE SUCCESSUL CANDIDATE Is an entrepreneurial self-starter with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals; Has a passion for excellence, a strong desire to succeed and a commitment to personal and professional development; Has excellent communication and relationship building skills with the disciplined planning and execution abilities that are essential for this role; Exhibits strong computer skills and working knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office; Demonstrated ability to work in a self-starting autonomous environment from a home office setting; Has a proven ability to sell high, deep and wide in customer organizations. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Consultative seller; 5 years + experience in a similar role; Extensive experience and contacts to match withina wide range of markets. Experience with Health and Safety products and solutions a definite plus; Someone who can travel; Valid driver’s license.
