Sanctuary AI is looking to hire a skilled and motivated Junior Technical Product Manager to join our Product team. As a Junior Technical Product Manager, you will play a vital role in contributing to the product roadmap and supporting R&D operations.Reporting to the Technical Program Manager of the Product team, youll make meaningful contributions to furthering and shaping our product technology roadmap.Our Success CriteriaAssist in developing the product roadmap in collaboration with product management and engineering stakeholders.Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leads to collect requirements and help define high priority projects translating feature requests into requirement workflow diagrams, user stories, and test/acceptance criteriaSupport the creation of product requirements documents that provide clear and actionable guidelines for the development teams.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.Contribute to R&D efforts through effective inter-team collaboration and operational supportIdentify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate solutionsAchieve company-wide visibility as you partner with leaders to tailor product development to rapidly evolving market needsYour ExperienceQualifications1+ years of relevant experience in product management in a technical environmentBachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience in a related technical disciplinePrevious experience in product management or a related field (internships included)Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.)Proven ability to foster a resourceful and creative approach to overcoming obstacles and turning challenges into opportunitiesSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to analyze and problem solve complex technical challengesFamiliarity with cross functional team project managementExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsAbility to adapt to ambiguous situationsCollaborative and proactive mindsetAbove all else, a consistently positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to create robust solutions to mission objectivesSuccessful candidates will be a proponent of personal responsibility for themselves and their teammatesEmpathetic listener with conflict resolution capabilitiesConsistent bias for action, communication, and interpersonal savvySelf-motivated and able to solve challenging problems independentlyMission driven and passionate about bringing human-like intelligence to machinesWorking at Sanctuary AISanctuary AI is an equal opportunity employer; employment with Sanctuary AI is governed based on skills, competence, and qualifications and will not be influenced in any way by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability, or any other legally protected status.
