As part of the Strategy group of Mosaic North America you would be joining a strong cross border team. This team helps set the vision for innovative and engaging channel and brand experiences across multiple lines of communication. You establish aspirational yet attainable marketing goals and objectives for clients. You unearth and articulate insights about real people in ways that promote creatives and clients to take action. You deftly navigate an increasing myriad of messaging and shape it into cohesive, clear, and compelling platforms for top tier clients who expect innovative approaches to stand apart from a rapidly evolving market landscape.Steeped in culture, creativity, and commerce, you are restless and relentless in your pursuit of prescient human truths which lead to transformative ideas with an outsized impact in the marketplace. You recognize how brands can add value to people’s lives while also being effective in delivering top-line growth.You know how to gain a holistic understanding of the way people live, shop, and use products to better craft engaging experiential and omni-commerce strategies.Essential Functions of this Position:Explore and synthesize multiple sources of research and data to uncover insights, solutions and recommendations for clients across multiple types of sources including for example Numerator, MRI/Simmons and KantarAuthor compelling strategic narrative – and be prepared and comfortable defending your positionDevelop a broad range of strategic planning documents based on the situation including for example: shopper profiles, strategy dimensions deep dive, experience assessments, strategic narratives, creative briefs, engaging presentation decks, comms hierarchyKeeping pulse on cultural/ industry / retail trends: Create trend reports and thought leadership presentations as neededWork with cross functional teams of CST/ creative/ media etc: Participate in brainstorm sessions, and lead briefing sessionsInform and inspire the creative process, working closely with and earning the trust of our creative teamLiaise with senior leadership at Mosaic and senior level clients in a professional mannerKnowledge, Skill, Ability Requirements:Left and right brain thinker with an ability to shift seamlessly between analytical and creative thinkingAbility to analyze, synthesize and understand data quickly to distill what matters, and what doesn’tConfident and engaging storyteller that can command a roomStrong organization and time management skills with a keen attention to detailCan manage multiple competing prioritiesAbility to work collaboratively in team environment and independentlyApproachable and open-minded, with a can-do attitudeComfortable challenging briefs and having strategic discussions with peers/ cross functional teams
