Full job description

```Duties```
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of the culinary department. Your duties will include:

- Overseeing food preparation and ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Supervising kitchen staff and providing guidance and training as needed
- Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to Train and Develop additional leaders
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for ingredients and supplies
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Managing kitchen operations during the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef

```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
