Job Description

We are looking for a new resource to join Team Digital. The ideal profile is a programming enthusiast looking for a highly professionalizing experience within a fast-growing company where they can develop their skills. The resource will join the digital team for the start-up of a major long-term project and will be responsible for technical design and implementation under the supervision of the team leader.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering;
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming;
  • Knowledge of MVC logic;
  • Familiarity with relational databases.

Preferred additional skills

  • Experience with C# and ASP.NET;
  • Knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB;
  • Expertise with Razor for View and Page Component generation;
  • Familiarity with JQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap;
  • Experience in web graphical user interface (UX/UI) development.

The ALSA LAB srl Benefit Company. with registered office in FRATTAMAGGIORE (NA) Fracta Labor Consortium snc AREA PIP Lotto 25 80027 - VAT number 06896511216 (hereinafter, "Data Controller"), as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") that your data will be processed with the following methods and purposes:

1. Data Controller, Data Processors, and Authorized Persons
The Data Controller is ALSA LAB srl.

The updated list of data processors and those authorized to process data is kept at the Data Controller's office.

2. Subject of the processing
The Data Controller processes personal data, identifying and particular (name, surname, tax code, VAT number, email, phone number, address, - hereinafter "data") communicated by you.

3. Purposes of processing
Your data are processed:
A) without your express consent (art. 6 lett. b, and art 9 co. 2 lett. b) and h) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:
- purposes related to the management of the employment relationship:
− collection of data from resumes (e.g. personal data, educational qualifications, knowledge of foreign languages, previous work experience, etc.)
− identification of the person for security purposes (e.g. access control to buildings and company premises)

4. Processing methods
The processing of your data is carried out using the operations indicated in art. 4 Privacy Code and art. 4 no. 2) GDPR and precisely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic processing.

5. Storage period
The Data Controller will process the data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the end of the employment relationship.

6. Data recipients
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 3 A):
- to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as authorized to process and/or system administrators; - to third parties (e.g. external consultants, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data processors.

7. Data communication
Without your express consent (art. 6 lett. b, and art 9 co. 2 lett. b) and h) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 3.A) to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities as well as to all other subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes, such as: Public Bodies (INPS, INAIL, Provincial Labor Directorate, Tax Offices...);
Funds or even private pension and assistance funds;
Medical offices to fulfill obligations regarding workplace hygiene and safety;
Insurance companies and Credit Institutions;
Trade unions to which you have given specific mandate;
Supplementary funds;
Your data will not be disclosed.

8. Possible Transfer of Data abroad
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union of the Data Controller and/or third-party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors. The data will not be subject to transfer outside the European Union. It is understood, however, that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers to Italy and/or the European Union and/or non-EU countries. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions by entering into, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

9. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to respond
The provision of data is mandatory for everything required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may result in the impossibility for the Data Controller to execute the contract or to properly perform all obligations, such as those of a salary, contributory, tax and insurance nature, connected to the employment relationship.

10. Rights of the data subject
In relation to the aforementioned processing, the data subject has the right to request access to his/her personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of processing concerning him/her or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability.

Right of Access
Pursuant to art. 15, paragraph 1 of the Regulation, you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to such personal data and the following information:
a) the purposes of the processing;
b) the categories of personal data concerned;
c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations;
d) where possible, the envisaged period for which your personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
e) the existence of the right of the data subject to request from the Data Controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing;
f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
g) where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source;
h) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the Regulation and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.

Right to Rectification
You have the right to obtain, pursuant to art. 16 of the Regulation, the rectification of your personal data that are inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement.

Right to Erasure
You have the right to obtain, in accordance with Article 17, paragraph 1 of the Regulation, the erasure of your Personal Data without undue delay and the Data Controller shall have the obligation to erase your Personal Data, where one of the following grounds applies:
a) the Personal Data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
b) you have withdrawn your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
c) you have objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 1 or 2 of the Regulation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing of your Personal Data;
d) your Personal Data have been unlawfully processed;
e) it is necessary to erase your Personal Data to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law. In some cases, as provided for in Article 17, paragraph 3 of the Regulation, the Data Controller is entitled not to proceed with the erasure of your Personal Data if their processing is necessary, for example, for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes, for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing, pursuant to Article 18 of the Regulation, where one of the following applies:
a) you have contested the accuracy of your Personal Data (the restriction will last for the period necessary for the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of such Personal Data);
b) the processing is unlawful but you have opposed the erasure of your Personal Data requesting, instead, that its use be restricted;
c) although the Data Controller no longer needs your Personal Data for the purposes of processing, your Personal Data are necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
d) You have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 1 of the Regulation and the verification is pending as to whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller override yours. In case of restriction of processing, your Personal Data will be processed, except for storage, only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest. We will inform you, in any case, before such restriction is lifted.

Right to Object
Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 2 of the Regulation and as also reiterated by Recital 70, you may object, at any time, to the processing of your Personal Data if such processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
Right to Withdraw Consent
If the processing is based on consent, the Data Controller informs you that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
The Data Controller informs you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at the following contacts: garante@gpdp.it or through the website http://www.gpdp.it

You can exercise your rights at any time by sending:
