About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team and assist in recruiting top talent for our business. This role involves supporting the recruitment process for various positions within the company, including project coordinators, engineers, and other key roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
- Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support: Assist with onboarding processes and provide support to new hires as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is an asset.
- Language Skills: English required; French is an asset.
- Driver's License: Unrestricted Canadian driver's license with a clean record.
Work Environment:
- Location: Based at our headquarters with occasional travel to other NSA sites.
- Term: Full-time, 6 month role with potential for conversion to permanent,
