Join Queen's IT Services as a Junior Platform Developer and make a profound impact on the future of constituent engagement or in the protection of Queen's digital assets. We are currently hiring a Junior Platform Developer to support our Enterprise CRM (ECRM) rollout.

As a Junior Platform Developer within the ECRM team, you will leverage your skills to provide technical support to our various business partners as they transition to our new Marketing Cloud platform. This is a role that will have a major impact on improving student experience and engagement at Queen's throughout the Student Lifecycle.

The Enterprise CRM integrated platform includes industry leading technologies such as Salesforce Education Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprout Social, Microsoft PowerBI, and Microsoft Azure. Capabilities continue to expand and include Self Service Student Portals, Recruitment and Admissions. You will have both the opportunity and requirement to continue to develop your skills within a leading Higher Ed ecosystem.

Marketing Cloud is a critical piece of the ECRM platform. The Junior Platform Developer with engage with and learn from, our current ECRM Team and business partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data, understand, and optimize business processes, and develop custom, integrated solutions to support marketing strategies.

This position supports platform maintenance, including performing regular system checks, tests, configurations, integrations, updates, and release management. This position supports the development and implementation of platforms including integrating dashboards, workflows, third-party software, and custom applications. This position also tests new protocols and technologies, and troubleshoots issues and assists with research for new projects.
