Job Title: Junior Mechanical Engineer Location: St Marys, ONCompany: All-Equip/Platinum TrailersWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Junior Mechanical Engineer In this role, you will be responsible for using an advanced CNC programming software to program a plasma cutting machine, as well as supervising other manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality production.Responsibilities:Utilize advanced CNC programming software to program a plasma cutting machine for precise and accurate cutting of materials.Develop and optimize CNC programs to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.Supervise and coordinate manufacturing operations to meet production goals and quality standards.Train and mentor junior staff members in CNC programming and machine operation.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the manufacturing environment.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize manufacturing processes and output.Qualifications:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.This position is located in St. Marys Ontario it is NOT a remote position!We encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
