We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Junior Mechanical Engineer In this role, you will be responsible for using an advanced CNC programming software to program a plasma cutting machine, as well as supervising other manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality production.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Junior Mechanical Engineer In this role, you will be responsible for using an advanced CNC programming software to program a plasma cutting machine, as well as supervising other manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced CNC programming software to program a plasma cutting machine for precise and accurate cutting of materials.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Supervise and coordinate manufacturing operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in CNC programming and machine operation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize manufacturing processes and output.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position is located in St. Mary's Ontario it is NOT a remote position!
