The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking a Junior Database Administrator for an opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff to support Justin Trudeau and our Liberal team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal Affairs & Party Services, the Junior Database Administrator performs information management duties for the organization that include data administration, management, analysis and interpretation. The Database Administrator is also responsible for routine administrative functions in support of the Data Department. Serve as a system administrator for Salesforce environment with 80+ users Handle basic to intermediate administrative functions on Classic and Lightning platforms including, but not limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks Build and optimize Process Builders, workflows, flows, validation rules etc. Troubleshoot system issues where required Implement processes, automations and other content in Salesforce environment Identify and evaluate Salesforce efficiency, helping to outline potential opportunities to streamline and improve processes Perform data hygiene tasks to standardize and validate data Validate data migration requirements and testing results Data archiving Other tasks as required You’ll need to have

Understanding of the Salesforce platform with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content up to intermediate complexity Good attention to detail and accuracy Good time management and organizational skills Ability to adapt and be innovative Demonstrated history of successfully driving projects to completion Ability to work and cooperate together as a team Ability to maintain professionalism and have cultural sensitivity 2+ years of database administration experience is an asset Bilingual (French & English) is an asset Salesforce Administrator certification is an asset Apply
