As a Junior Social Strategist, you'll be integral to shaping our clients' social media presence, working closely with the Social Media Strategist and Director of Social Strategy. Your responsibilities will span community engagement, content creation, trend monitoring, and campaign optimization.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead community engagement and monitoring for multiple clients, fostering online communities and identifying reactive opportunities.Own the planning and management of editorial calendars, i.e. content planning, scheduling, publishing to platform when necessary. Manage client feedback, coordinating revisions with content creators, etc.Assist in monitoring and reporting on industry and competitive trends, informing campaign strategies and community optimization.Contribute to the creation and presentation of social strategies and integrated campaigns.Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to develop social content aligned with brand goals.Monitor and analyze social performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies to enhance strategies.Support the development of strategy materials such as presentations, pitch decks, etc.Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to generate innovative always-on and campaign ideas.Your Experience: 1-3 years of social/digital strategy experience at an agencyAbility to manage multiple work streams simultaneously Deep interest in culture and trendsProactive approach to workCollaborative but able to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWe love people who are curious, ask questions, like to share knowledge and collaborate.
