Job Duties:
Plan, organize, and control the overall operations of the restaurant
Determine adequate service types and set up an implication of the operational procedures
Hire staff and supervise staff training
Establish work schedules and oversee staff performance
Monitor revenues and modify operational procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and monitor health and safety conducts are ensured accordingly
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for the cost of supplies
Job requirements:
· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
