Jack Of All Trades Job In Coquitlam

We are looking for someone to become a part of our field team. You will work on a variety of as needed jobs and projects in facilities throughout BC, but primarily the lower mainland.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues inside and outside of buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders
• Communicate all completed work with back office in timely fashion
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Facilities we work in require a criminal background check and security screening
• Drivers license
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Able to complete a wide variety of tasks for example; drywall repair, framing, finishing, minor plumbing / electrical, computer literacy
• Solutions oriented mindset
