Then we have a position for you.The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple information technology projects across a very large Government enterprise. The successful candidate will provide project management and coordination support to ensure program milestones and objectives are met while facilitating team and stakeholder communication. To accomplish this, the IT Project Manager will build and maintain project schedules, track issues, validate milestones, and facilitate meetings. S/He will also demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and work toward identifying and implementing process improvements. Hybrid work schedule includes two days on site at a USPS location. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5-8 years of professional experience as a Project Manager; or 2-5 years of professional experience with a related Masters degreeMust be eligible t obtain and maintain a public trust.Ability to coordinate project stakeholder meetings and address multiple stakeholders needsApply Project Management skills such as schedule development, stakeholder management, scope management, issue tracking, procurement tracking, status reporting, and communications managementWork directly with the client IT Director to plan and successfully track tasks activities and final outcomesAbility to create and deliver quality presentations utilizing PowerPointApply process improvement techniques and methods to identify and implement process efficienciesExperience and proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word and ExcelAbility to quickly identify client needs, reprioritize quickly and approach tasks in an adaptable mannerAbility to summarize project results and explain complex issues in presentation formatThe ability to write in a clear and succinct manner Desired Qualifications Prior federal consulting experience preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) preferredUnderstanding information technology development and/or management preferredData Analytics skillsExperience working with multiple stakeholders, project management, and facilitating meetingsUnderstanding principles of software testing, development, and/or managementStrong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow throughAll candidates must have strong communication and writing skillsAbility to solve problems independently, responsible for meeting deadlinesAbility to work on teams and deal effectively with peopleFlexibility to reprioritize work and meet aggressive timelines Overview Noblisand our wholly owned subsidiaries,Noblis ESI, andNoblis MSDtackle the nations toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients most critical missions. The projected compensation range for this positionis provided within the posting andare based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
