The Project Coordinator will assist the AVP, Global Program Manager (Global PMO team) of the Path to Digital Customer Leader (DCL) program. The individual will work closely with the Global PM to analyze and report upon ongoing project financials, risks, and leadership updates.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to the global DCL Program Manager to collate the ongoing view of the project financials, outcome tracking and issues, risks and blockers requiring intervention
Engage with stakeholders from segments and global teams to collect and consolidate financials and status reporting meetings to publish to the global leadership team
Support the coordination of planning, tracking, and follow ups on additional information required from project managers on global projects
Track portfolio changes. Lead analysis and impact assessment of changes to the program. Report on key program metrics Prepare project status reporting for assigned deliverables Maintain program reporting, including preparation of the monthly program review material
Work collaboratively with the Segment and Global teams to pro-actively share information and foster continued learning and development, facilitating continuous improvement
Support global PM in creating collateral as the global DCL PMO team works collaboratively with the Global Agile Office to evolve the program toward an increasingly agile operating model

What we are looking for
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with proven ability to engage with stakeholders in a large, multi-national enterprise context
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business or other relevant post-secondary education preferred.
At least 2 years Project. Program, or PMO experience – preferably in the financial services, wealth management or insurance industry
Ability to identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement across the program
Experience in Agile ways of working, with a strong outcome driven focus
Excellent comprehension, analytical and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Highly organized and ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM tools
Relevant certifications such as PMP will be a big plus
Experience working on large scale digital transformation programs will be a big plus – preferably with a dynamic global team
