Job Description

We're seeking an IT Project Coordinator to facilitate project intake, planning, and progress reporting across our IT project portfolio. This role offers the chance to contribute to strategic projects that reshape IT service delivery, alongside general administrative support for the Senior IT Manager. Responsibilities include generating IT functional charts, reports, and presentations, updating project sponsors, end users, and management, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders regarding our Project Management activities. Other duties involve supporting project intake and assessment, creating project artifacts, monitoring and reporting project performance, and assisting in project plan amendments. You'll also act as a liaison for stakeholders, aid in proposal preparation, participate in customer meetings, contribute to program completion, and engage in business improvement initiatives. Maintaining PMO templates and facilitating new project team member onboarding are essential, along with adherence to company policies, legislation, and safety protocols. Qualifications for this role include experience in a similar capacity within IT or engineering projects, familiarity with global teams, senior leadership interaction, and digital transformation support. Additionally, effective stakeholder management, report creation skills, computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office and relevant software, PMO certification or equivalent (or working towards it), and familiarity with ITIL or COBIT are advantageous. Experience in building business intelligence dashboards using tools like Tableau or Excel would be beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
