Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for an IT Business Analyst to help deliver a dynamic portfolio of projects. In this role you would be responsible for supporting the entire project lifecycle for technology projects, including creating requirements, workflows, project plans etc.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Proven track record of successful delivery of IT projects
- Proficient ingathering and documenting requirements, creating use cases and developing functional specifications
- Familiar with IT application development, IT infrastructure, Systems integration and data management concepts
- BA in Computer Science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid undersatnding of software development
Responsibilities:
Support project planning and control, including gathering estimates, developing project plans, and ensuring adherence to defined schedules for IT projects
Ensure that all project and task timetables are kept current and provide weekly status reports, and escalate issues as required.
Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and create associated project documentation including technical specifications, process flows/workflows and operational plans.
Facilitate communication and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams in alignment with the change request process and to support request prioritization
