Our Fraser Valley Client has an unique career opportunity for someone who will Interface between the Operations and Finance/Accounting teams to lead implementation of IT tools and advance the use of and optimization of their ERP System. The ERP Systems Manager, will have 2-4 direct reports and report directly to the CFO of this stellar organization. If you have a strong educational foundation in Accounting and have 5+ years of progressive hands on finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, where you found your passion for the importance of implementing and maximizing the best ERP system for an organization - this opportunity will call your name. This position follows a hybrid working model and will require travel to Eastern Canada and the U.S.Requirements include: 1. Experience using Epicor 2. Minimum of 5 years in an IT/Accounting role, having demonstrated the ability to lead change, develop people and manage projects 3. Prior work experience in the following areas and with the following tools. Strong presentation and communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to manage projects remotely High level of technology competency – ERP systems, Power BI, Excel4.
