Short Term - 3 week minimum contract - fully remote

An iOS developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications for Apple's iOS platform, ensuring high performance and quality of the applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design and build applications for iOS devices, ensuring they are user-friendly and responsive.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to define and implement new features.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• Maintenance: Maintain and update existing applications, fixing bugs and implementing new features as needed.
• App Store Management: Prepare and submit applications to the App Store, ensuring compliance with Apple's guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Programming Languages: Proficient in Swift and Objective-C, with a strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, and Core Animation.
• Development Tools: Experience with Xcode and familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: Proven experience as an iOS developer, with a portfolio of applications available on the App Store being a plus.
