Intermediate / Working Level Product Design Engineer
This position requires the following:

Main Responsibilities:
Mechanical Engineer/Analyst
- 4-7 years of experience with model simulation.
- Thermal and Structural Analysis of embedded systems.
- Familiar with electronics and component level detail.
- Ability to perform Design Verification Testing and Qualification testing of electronic equipment; and complete supporting documentation.
- Experience with Six-Sigma and Failure Investigations an asset.
- Comfortable interfacing with customer technical authority, troubleshooting , post-processing, interpreting and presenting results.
- Familiar with FloEFD, Ansys, NX, Fluent, Icepak and/or Solidworks Simulation/Flow Simulation.
- Requires successful security assessment under Canadian CGP.
Product Design
- Mechanical design of Embedded Systems.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience with electronic assemblies.
- Familiar with military specifications and VITA standards.
- Comfortable interfacing with customer technical authority, problem solving and conducting design reviews.
- Experience with SOLIDWORKS. Creo and NX considered an asset.

Salary : $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
