Job Title: Intermediate Project Administrator
Contract Duration: 1 year (260 days), with potential for up to two additional one-year extensions
Location: 60 Moodie Drive, Nepean, Ontario
Security Clearance: Reliability Clearance required

Overview: Our government client seeks an Intermediate Project Administrator to provide crucial support for its projects.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proficient in drafting documentation and communicating concepts in English.
- Minimum 24 months of relevant administrative and technical support experience within the last six years.
- Master's degree in project management or related field, along with professional project management certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Publisher, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in maintaining project data and automating correspondence using Microsoft applications.
- Familiarity with SPSS for data analysis.
Tasks
- Provide clerical, administrative, and technical support to the project team.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining project tools, databases, and documentation.
- Aid in tracking and updating project details to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in preparing and distributing survey administration documentation.
- Coordinate personalized study invitations and manage undeliverable mail.
- Handle incoming mail, both physical and electronic.
- Utilize administrative, presentation, and spreadsheet software for tasks.
- Prepare graphical representations for research reports and presentations.
- Maintain project details and contact information.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data entry and merging tasks.
- Conduct basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
