Job Description

Job Title: Intermediate Project Administrator

Contract Duration: 1 year (260 days), with potential for up to two additional one-year extensions

Location: 60 Moodie Drive, Nepean, Ontario

Security Clearance: Reliability Clearance required

Language Requirements: English proficiency required

Overview: Our government client seeks an Intermediate Project Administrator to provide crucial support for its projects.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proficient in drafting documentation and communicating concepts in English.
  • Minimum 24 months of relevant administrative and technical support experience within the last six years.
  • Master's degree in project management or related field, along with professional project management certification.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Publisher, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in maintaining project data and automating correspondence using Microsoft applications.
  • Familiarity with SPSS for data analysis.

Tasks

  • Provide clerical, administrative, and technical support to the project team.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining project tools, databases, and documentation.
  • Aid in tracking and updating project details to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing survey administration documentation.
  • Coordinate personalized study invitations and manage undeliverable mail.
  • Handle incoming mail, both physical and electronic.
  • Utilize administrative, presentation, and spreadsheet software for tasks.
  • Prepare graphical representations for research reports and presentations.
  • Maintain project details and contact information.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data entry and merging tasks.
  • Conduct basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
