You will be working on the detailing and working drawings for exciting Mixed-Use/Multi-Family Residential high-rise buildings. Your extensive experience with Multi-Family Residential/Mixed-Use Project, attention to detail and proficiency on Revit will help you succeed in the role.You should be capable of working as an Assistant Project Manager.We work with our clients around the world to create, support, and enhance smart, safe and sustainable places where people live, work, learn and thrive. Places impact on the quality of people’s lives. Whether new homes, shops, workplaces, schools and hospitals, manufacturing, research and development facilities, or data and distribution centers. People and communities thrive when the spaces in which they live, work, move and play are designed and managed in a way that best meets their needs.In Engineering, youll create some of the world’s most iconic and ground-breaking structures and spaces that transform the world around us, from making journeys easier to opening up public places that bring people together.Prepare working drawings and detail drawings for all projects in RevitAssist in contract admin services such as the review of shop drawings and preparation of site instructionsAssist in the preparation of design development packageWorking with production teamsCoordinate with sub-consultants, engineers and prepare technical working drawingsWork on multiple projects at the same time and lead small to intermediate size teams to complete each projectOrganize and lead user group and client stakeholder meetingsPrepare meeting minutes and project schedulesQualificationsQualifications & Experience:Minimum of 3 to 6 years related experience in multi-family or multi-use projectsMust be professionally proficient with RevitProficiency in Microsoft Office softwareRegistered with AIBC or eligible to register within the province of British Columbia is an assetExcellent oral and written communication skillsWell organized with good interpersonal skillsExperience in High-rise design experience is an assetGreat detailing knowledge and skillsAdditional InformationWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
