We are currently looking for anIntellectual Property, Patent and Trademark Lawyerto join our team in Ontario, Alberta and/or British Columbia. As an Intellectual Property, Patent and Trademark Lawyer,you will beResponsible for all Canadian patent, trademark and intellectual property matters, including: Communicating with clients on matters, including preparing, filing and prosecution of patent and trademark applications. Providing patent infringement and validity opinions. Conducting trademark searches and drafting trademark registrability options. Drafting and negotiating patent licenses. Providing intellectual property transaction support. What Would YOU Bring? Minimum of 10 yearsof related Intellectual property, patent and trademark experience. Experience preparing and prosecuting Canadian patent and trademark applications. Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
