YOUR ROLE An Integrated Project Manager at Craft Worldwide is the main liaison between our clients and the production teams across video, print and digital productions. You will leverage your deep knowledge and experience of these production processes and requirements to coach and guide teams and clients through any project’s lifecycle. This role requires an ability to communicate strongly and effectively with internal and client teams to drive decisions and next steps. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Work directly with client teams to understand their overall business objectives and strategies as well as how each project interrelates with each other including efficient asset creation Manage multiple print and digital projects for multiple clients. Knowledge of video production will be a bonus. Estimate scope of work using industry standard methods Balance and manage scope, time, cost,process, risk and quality control for each project under your care Engage with offshore team resources throughout the project’s lifecycle to promote a high performing and effective team Manage client and partner relationships from inception to launch by conducting regular calls, monitoring, and escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback, making modifications to deliverables Effectively intake project assignments, brief teams and ensure creative integrity on all deliverables Establish and enforce a streamlined workflow of agency project-related processes Display a keen sense of urgency as projects will be extremely quick turn and require a ‘First Time Right’ mentality Required to manage multiple time sensitive projects Extremely organized and extreme attention to detail required Work effectively with onshore and offshore teams where applicable REQUIRED SKILLS 5 years’ experience in fully integrated production / agency setting Working knowledge of asset creation software used in Digital, and Print areas such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate etc. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and technical understanding of Internet technologies Strong knowledge of Print processes, printing and manufacturing - CMYK colour vs other colour spaces Effective negotiation skills and experience managing project financials to meet business objectives Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – bilingual (English and French) will be considered an asset Strategic, one step ahead Producer with an ability to work independently and efficiently A highly organized team player who understands how to collaborate effectively in a fast paced, evolving organization You are an ally and promoter of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace and beyond High degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence with outstanding risk and conflict management abilities Must be extremely attentive and able to service clients, setting expectations.
