Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role with the option to work from home or at the office. We are looking for individuals who enjoy managing client accounts, providing insurance solutions, and working closely with our sales staff to grow their books of business. We also value team members who are familiar with portals and enjoy administrative tasks, preferring to focus on behind-the-scenes work rather than client interaction. We want you to focus on your strengths and contribute to our brokerage in a way that you enjoy. Our branch office is located in Belle River, Ontario.
Qualifications
- Insurance Brokerage and Insurance knowledge
- RIBO Licensed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
- Experience with company portals
