We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven professional to complement our client’s internal team of Advisors. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the insurance sector and a strong inclination towards both administrative support tasks and client-facing activities.What You'll DoEfficiently handle insurance cases, ensuring timely processing of new client applications, as well as proactively anticipating term renewals for the following products: Term Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Group Plan Administration, Health & Dental Insurance, Permanent Insurance, Disability Insurance, Accident & Sickness. Stay on top of insurance term renewals, proactively communicating with clients and advisors to ensure seamless renewal processes. Demonstrate strong organizational skills by anticipating upcoming tasks, deadlines, and projects, ensuring a smooth workflow within the office. Effectively communicate with clients through email and phone, addressing inquiries, providing updates, initiating, and administering term renewal processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize Microsoft 365 tools, with a particular emphasis on strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting purposes. Exhibit a proactive rather than reactive mindset, identifying opportunities for improvement, anticipating challenges, and taking initiative to address them.MandatoriesPrevious experience in a similar insurance-related role within the financial services sector, including knowledge of the following product offerings: Term Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Group Plan Administration, Health & Dental Insurance, Permanent Insurance, Disability Insurance, Accident & Sickness. A relevant diploma or degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, as well as an LLQP designation (asset). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. French fluency is a strong asset. Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial planning and fund comparison software. Strong work ethic, driven, and motivated to achieve both personal and team goals.
